Today, I am here to share how thankful I am to have teachers who have built me into the person I am.
The first word that strikes my mind hearing the word teacher is my school. It would be an unimaginable scenario if there would be no
teacher to guide me through the fourteen years of my schooling. It was a time when we either build ourselves or break ourselves. The
rational thinking that develops, the values that are culminated into us, shows a lot about the teachers who educated us. Most of our
personality traits and our way of judging other people are developed in these crucial years. I am and will always be grateful to my school

me, directing me to the right path and encouraging me to do better than before.
I would like to thank all my teachers who have molded me into the person I am today. I specially extend my heartfelt thanks to my
Principal who has given me chance to step into this school. Thanks to my Headmistress and all those who falls in the family of Holy
Cross School, Kumarghat. Long Live Holy Cross School, Kumarghat!
From a student of class VI (A), my school has assisted me in exploring a multitude of skills and activities. Accordingly, I am thankful to
my school because it has helped me find what I am passionate about, pushed me to seek new experiences, and altered my personality.
My school has made me aware of my love for Math, specifically calculus. I am never interested in this subject. As I grew and went to
bigger classes I started loving math as my teachers play a great role in inspiring and making it learning creative and interesting. As a
result, I started to get better grades. Securing better grades weren’t easy but with the help of my committed and caring teachers I could
walk many more steps further. I am very thankful to my school for helping me do that. Growing up, I possessed low, self esteem, low

CLASS VI confidence and social awkwardness. However, participating in activities has given me the opportunity to meet other students with
similar hobbies and interests. Through increased interaction, I gradually evolved from the new introverted role and become more
social, making new friends, and having more confidence. I cannot give my school enough credit for this effect on my personality.
Furthermore the activity that I have done in school has presented me with leadership experiences, competitions and relationships.
Thank You Holy Cross School, Kumarghat for making me who I am today and hope to be better in the coming days.
" THE WORLD IS MY SCHOOL AND ALL HUMANITY ARE MY TEACHERS "
