We know that a child’s development is shaped by his/her brain development,
environment and experience with friends, family and teachers. As Swami
Vivekananda Stated - “We want the education by which character is formed, strength
of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on one’s own
feet”. Holy Cross School, Kumarghat is definitely a wonderful place for shaping a child for
his/her future. I feel so gratified when I see my daughter act and react so intelligently in
situations. The school encourages students to form a healthier and friendly environment. Many
activities and facilities have been improved throughout the years to create it the best possible place
for our child’s development. Students have a stress free environment here. My daughter has
developed her confidence and her concepts are clear in almost all matters. I can very well see the mental
growth of my child. Through different activities done in School, I have observed an overall personality
development in my daughter.

The best thing at Holy Cross School is Parent-Teacher Meeting. It is an open platform where every parent
has the liberty to express his / her opinion and the authority also pay due importance on it. Even during
pandemic, the School authority regularly convened PTM Virtually to take the opinion of parents for taking
decision on important issues during pandemic. Through online classes the dedicated teachers have
devoted their all efforts to prepare their students for exams and they were also concern about the mental
state of their students. During pandemic they were in close contact with the students so that they do not
get bored and stressed.

Thank you all the staff of Holy Cross School, Kumarghat for your kind efforts to improve my daughter and
giving such a brilliant environment for growth.
