A One-Day Training Program was conducted on 18th of July
STAFF TRAINING SESSION 2022, at Holy Cross School Kumarghat through HCEF with Mr.

SaurabhBeniwal as the resource person, who is known for his

distinct qualities and experience in Corporate and Educational
Training and many other achievements.

The session commenced at 10 am and concluded at 2pm. All the
teachers participated in various activities led by Mr. Beniwal.

The session was mainly intended to bring out practical Effective
Teaching Skills with the help of various methods. Mr. Beniwal
reminded the teachers about the mindset of the 21st century

learners and also suggested various possible teaching methods
that would bring effective outcomes.

The session was divided into different sections each of which
had an activity. The participants formed groups alternatively

for each of the activity. There were discussions, problem solving
activities, group wise competitions and also individual
participations which were both physical and mental exercises.

Activities to enhance teaching and learning skills were
conducted and everyone took part in it. All the participants

were enhanced with effective
skills to help the learners of the

new generation. Towards the end
of the session, the teachers
shared their opinions and

feedback individually.
