Dear Students, Parents, Guardians, Staff,
Fr. Lourdu the Principal and Well Wishers of Holy
Cross School – Kumarghat.

It is indeed an immense pleasure for me to greet you
all with warm and prayerful wishes!

In keeping with Holy Cross charism of education,
The Mission of our school is to provide holistic and
quality educational opportunities to the young
entrusted to our care. It has been a great joy for me to
know and to experience personally this ongoing
development of the students through our institute.
The school management meticulously instills in all
the students the cherished values for life and to form
and build the future citizens of the country. Thus,
our school provides platforms where the students
are educated, not only in academic growth but
equally encompassing their physical, mental,
social, emotional and spiritual growth.

The world around us is changing at an accelerated
rate and we as educators are aware that there are
many challenges that lie ahead of us as we navigate
around this world of changing demands and
COVID-19 pandemic has been the biggest
challenge today! COVID 19 has taught us lot of new
things and made us realize the potential of our
teachers who took on the challenge of teaching
online, with full zest and courage. Due to
lockdowns, the mode of teaching changed from that
of classroom to electronic gadgets. The cooperation
of students and parents are also to be noted as they
received their education in their respective homes,
