Leadership session was organised on 29th of April, 2024 at our school hall.

Leadership Session The objective of the session was to instil leadership skills among the leaders
and to enhance the skills of the leaders such as team building,
2024-25 communication, decision making and self awareness.

The session began at 9:30am and started with the welcoming of our resource
person Fr. Lancy D’Souza CSC, Manager of Holy Cross School,
Pabiacherra, Kumarghat and to all the representatives.

Fr. Lancy began the session with great enthusiasm and passion. He
Conducted various activities starting from Listening skills, Interaction
activity, Team building activity etc. Each and every activity conducted had
at most significance which thoroughly registered in the minds of the leaders.

There was a briefing session on the roles and responsibilities of the leaders
and also all the leaders were divided into groups and were assigned respective works to be done. He ended with a feedback session.

Ms. Jeneth Lalawmpuii Siakeng
Sir Biswajit delivered the vote of thanks to the resource person and all the representatives. The session ended at 11:00am.

Overall, it was an amazing session wherein each one of the leaders got a lot to learn in single day and in the most effective way.
