It was an honour to welcome our new Headmistress Sr. Berthila
Welcome To Tuscano on 21st June 2023. We welcomed her during the morning
assembly. All the classes of class 4 to class 10 students were

present there. Our Principal Fr. Sahaya Lourdu Raj introduced her
(Our New Headmistress) and welcomed her with a bouquet of flowers and Risha.
After the introduction and welcome, Sr. Berthila addressed the
students and shared some of her long experiences in the field of
education and her passion to teach the young ones in the school.
She also expressed that she was very happy to come to Holy Cross
School, Kumarghat and work for the wellbeing of the students.
Though Sister has lots of experiences working in the school, she
said that new place is always new, despite the experience. She
asked for the help, support and cooperation of both the teachers
and students to adapt to the new environment here in Kumarghat.
Ms. Maria Karmakar She promised to do her best for the smooth functioning of the
school and also render full support and help to the students and
teachers.
