Parent -teacher meeting is one of the most important means of getting I touch with the parents and also parents come to know about their

Report on children's performance and behaviour in the school. As a result, every year at least 4 parents-teachers meeting is conducted in our
school. This new academic session for parent-teacher meeting the dates were scheduled from 22-05-2023 to 25-05-2023 from 09:00 AM
Parents - Teachers Meeting to 12:00 AM, which were conducted by class teachers and subject teachers on convenient dates and time. The event marked about 90%
attendance from parents which was remarkable.
2023-2024

The main objective was to create a better environment where parents and teachers come together to discuss students' performance and
various academic issues for the betterment of the students and school.

The following points were mostly highlighted during the meeting by the teachers:
1. It was brought to parents' attention about students' attendance in the school.
2. The Class teachers shared feedback of every student's academic performance along with the subject teachers.
3. Introduction of new subject i.e., Environmental Science in the syllabus from Class VI to Class VIII.
4. Every teacher reviewed the discipline of the students and shared their thoughts with the parents.
5. Online payment method of various academic fees was shared with the parents so that they deposit fees conveniently.
6. The class teachers encouraged the students' participation in various co-curricular activities so that students excel their self-
confidence.

The Parents appreciated the smooth functioning of the school under the guidance of our principal. They also expressed gratitude for
putting efforts by the teaching and non-teaching staffs.
