Teacher's Training Session One-day Teachers' session on 'how to set the question paper using the MS word and present photos for the reporting' was organized on 14th October 2022 at
on A Holy Cross School Kumarghat. Fr. Lourdu CSC, the Principal of Holy Cross School, Kumarghat gave the day's session. Along with the teachers of Holy
'Formatting Question Cross School, Kumarghat, Fr. Kannikai Jeyaraj CSC, the Principal of Holy Cross School Panisagar and his team of teachers had also made their presence to

Visual Reporting'. The session began with words of welcome by Fr. Lourdu and reminded the teachers of the importance of their profession with the help of an inspiring video. He
appreciated the teachers for their efforts in adapting to the inclusion of technology in their profession in order to cater to the demands and needs of carrying out
education from the time of Pandemic and even till now. Therefore it is important for the teachers to be well versed in the way they perform every new method that's
being implemented in the field of teaching.

Beginning with typing of question papers in the proper layout using MS Word, Fr. Lourdu showed the teachers how to begin typing and the important components of
MS Word that should be used for making the design and layout of the question papers more efficient and easy. As images are an important component of every
document, he also showed the teachers how to insert pictures in the documents' file. Fr. Lourdu also taught the teachers different styles of clicking pictures focusing
upon the importance of the picture that would convey the message itself, for presenting a report. Followed by the above, all the participants of the session practiced
typing questions and reports as well as clicking and inserting images in the document files at the Computer Lab under the supervision of the Lab Assistant.

Ms. Gracy Barla Darlong After a while, the session was concluded at 1:30 pm with a short gathering for Lunch and Photo session.

The session was intended to train the teachers in preparing reports and setting question papers in a presentable and proper style using MS Word. It was an efficient
session and is believed to be helpful for the teachers to be more profound and excel in their profession further ahead.
