On 10th December 2022, Our Principal Fr. Sahaya Lourdu Raj gave a session for all the leaders in different fields in our School Hall. It
was very fruitful and enriching for the students. The session of the leaders aims for a better discipline of the school, better society, equal
Session on status, improvement in understanding each other and much more beneficial improvements.
Leadership
Leadership At the beginning of the session, Father taught us how to be a respected leader. He said one should have the quality of serving others.

Serving others can help one another understand better. But 'Leadership' doesn't only mean service. One also needs to have the quality of
maintaining discipline, cooperating with others, listening, talking, responsibilities, etc. So, if one has these abilities, he/she can be a
respectful leader or a guide for them.

If a leader is told what to do, he/she should take the responsibility of the activity. First of all, the leader should be convinced of what he/she
is doing right and then could be become an inspiration for others to follow and accomplish the said task.

Andrew Lushai The session taken by our respected Principal, Fr. Lourdu, was a beneficial activity for the leaders of our school. It will be a weapon for the
Class - IX leaders in guiding and helping them to do their work efficiently and carry out their responsibilities in a better way in order to build up a
better environment in the school.
