Investiture Ceremony Investiture ceremony is an important event which gives a good start to

2024-25 the activities of the academic year. Our Holy Cross School
Pabiacherra, Kumarghat, had organised the investiture ceremony for
the academic session 2024-25 on 4th May 2024.

The ceremony was to recognize and to batch the leaders of this
academic year who would be leading this year’s all the curricular and
co-curricular activities and work with team effort and commitment and
bring out new and challenging events with all the success.

The ceremony was glazed by the presence of Mr. Kinkar Pal, Sub
Inspector of Kumarghat Police Station. It was indeed an honour of
having such chief guest for presiding the function.

The function began with a prayer dance performed by our young
Ms. Jeneth Lalawmpuii Siakeng
dancers and Sir Bipradip delivered the welcome address.

Our school principal Fr. Lourdu delivered a short speech to the
gathering, especially stating the importance of the day and thanking
the contribution of the outgoing leaders which was then followed by an
inspiring and motivational address by our chief guest. His words of
encouragement gave the students a new vision and motivation to
succeed and to develop themselves as responsible children of the
society.

The badging ceremony of the newly elected candidates was carried out
by our Chief Guest, Headmistress, Principal and Senior Teachers.

The Oath taking ceremony was led by our outgoing SPL Mr. Anujit
Debbarma. All the representatives pledged to work earnestly and
uphold the honour and glory of the institution.

The event concluded with the vote of thanks followed by the
National Anthem.
