                                          Participants: Students, Teachers, Headmistress


                                          Event Summary:
                                          On  21st  June  2024,  Holy  Cross  School  celebrated
                                          International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The
                                          event took place in the school hall and was attended by
                                          both students and teachers. The participants engaged
                                          in  various  yoga  exercises  and  demonstrations
                                          throughout the session.



                  Mr. Rintu Das           The event began with a brief introduction highlighting
                                          the significance of yoga in promoting physical and
                                          mental well-being. Participants were guided through a
                                          series of yoga postures and exercises, emphasizing
                                          correct breathing techniques and mindfulness.



                                          Conclusion:
                                          The  International  Yoga  Day  event  at  Holy  Cross
                                          School was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of
