PEACE CLUB MEET

PEACE CLUB District Project Consultant Madam Moumita Reang gave a short introduc on about seven principles which are universally
accepted as principles for peace promo on which contains highly nurtured values for peace in almost every corner of the world. She told the

students these principles were very important and each one of them has the responsibility to spread awareness regarding this principles to
the people they come across. The seven principles which she stressed to the students are- Spirituality, Dialogue, Voluntarism, Self-realiza on,

Rela onship, Non-violence and Reconcilia on.

A er a brief explana on on the above points, the consultant divided the members of the peace club into four groups for an ac vity where she

asked each group to discuss and draw on any one of the above tle. The students took ac ve part in the session and brought out beau ful
pain ngs of the different principles for peace promo on. I sincerely extend my gra tude to Madam Maumita for her visit to our school and
organizing such a wonderful n meaning session for the promo on of peace. I, being the in charge of Peace Club, Holy Cross School, Kumarghat

will put much effort to guide the students in spreading these principles of peace promo on.
