CLASS IX teachers are the strength and
backbone of the students. The relationship
between the teachers and students in Holy Cross
School Kumarghat is unbreakable. This positive
relationship had been developed by encouraging a
learning environment where the students feel free
to ask whatever he or she wants to and the teacher
responds in a manner which is understandable by
the student. Therefore it would not be wrong to
say that the building block of the strong teacher-
student relationship in our school is effective
communication. The teachers of HCSK can
monitor every student individually so that their
progress could be monitored and attention can be
given to all the students accordingly. In this way,
our teachers are able to develop a level of
understanding with every student and we would
feel we are important which would boost our self-
esteem. This would also reflect in our grades and
overall behaviour. Our teachers can generally be
called as ‘Ideal Teachers’ because every teacher in
HCSK possess special abilities. We the students
love our teachers as our heroes.

a teacher is significant in the life of

Our teachers in Holy Cross School, always care about
the students. In the classroom, the love and affection
between the students and teachers is quite visible.
Even during the Corona pandemic time, the purity of
teachers and students’ emotions could be felt. Though
online classes were held during those pandemic days
our teachers’ tried their best to clarify the doubts of
each and every student and gave every possible
support to their students.
A teacher is a person who provides knowledge for
academic success and social development of a child.
So are our teachers in Holy Cross School, Kumarghat.
Their love, care, concern, understandings are beyond
description. They are so energetic and ever ready to
break any barriers to help in the development of the
students.
We can say that having teachers like those in our
school, as a mentor can improve the social and
emotional growth of all students in our school.

The relationship between teachers and
students in our school is very nice. It
cannot be described in words. Our
teachers try to help every students in
every possible way they can. They act as
a friend, barrier, parent & coach
whenever we need help in any situation.
This school is my second home and my
teachers are my next to parents. They are
very kind and polite and also they try to
give their 100% in every aspects. Also
they encourage us to do new things and
always encourage us to achieve our goals
in life. They always care about us and we
student always respect teachers. In the
classroom, it is quite visible the love and
affection between students and teachers.
But even during this covid-19 the
pandemic time, the purity of teachers and
students emotions can be felt. Through
online classes, though the teachers were
not able to see the students face to face,
still they try to clarify the doubts of
students and give every possible support
to everyone.
For me, my teachers are the best teachers
in the world.

CLASS V of a child. And the
other name of a teacher is “ Guru " . A
teacher holds the position of a father
and mother in the life of a student. A
parent only give birth to a child in this
world unaware and unknown. But a
teacher gives meaning to the life of a
child. If there were no teachers there
would not be any doctor, engineer,
scientists etc. A teacher is a best
educational guide of a student, a teacher
is also the best friend of a student. He
can be a good leader and a great
motivational entity in our daily life.
I am very thankful to God to give me
and all the students of Holy Cross
School, Kumarghat for the many
qualified, honest, caring and loving
teachers. They are all wonderful gifts
from God. I have a very nice bond of
relationship with my teachers. I feel so
comfortable to talk with them and also
ask my doubts with regard to my
studies. They are always ready to
support, guide and encourage me for
any activities like project, studies, co-
curricular activities etc. I feel so nice
and enjoy my stay in school .I do not
feel the absence of my parents as my
teachers treat me like their own child. I
am really blessed to have such loving
and enthusiastic teachers in my school.
I pray that this sweet relationship
continues and prevails in my school.
