            ‘Drug  Abuse’

      The Peace Club of Holy

      Cross School, Kumarghat

      has  organized  a  seminar

      on ‘Drug Abuse’ on 21st November,2023 at 10:40 am in the school premises. Sir Francis, Sir Rajkumar, Miss Regina, Sir Joseph are the teachers


      present in the seminar. Peace Club members from classes VIII to X attended the seminar. Resource person, Mrs. Moumita, the Peace Club Co-

      ordinator, JUST, Agartala delivered an insightful lecture at the seminar. This seminar is a follow-up of the previous seminar, that is specifically

      based on the theme of 'Substance Abuse'. She explained how the wrong usage of drugs leads us to both mental and physical damage. The students

      are then grouped into three groups. Two groups prepared and presented a chart, and the third group performed a short skit on the theme ‘Drug

      Abuse’. Samadrita Sharma also explained the theme on which the skit was performed. After the group photo taken, we thanked Mrs. Moumita


      Reang for her dedication and goodwill in enlightening the students with her motivating words.
