Half-yearly The half yearly examination of Holy Cross School Kumarghat, was
conducted from 9/10/2023 to 19/10/2023 for classes Nursery to X.
& The exam was based on the CBSE curriculum and the topics taught

PT-II Examination during the first half of the academic year (2023-24).

2023-24 The exam aimed to assess the students’ learning progress. The exam

results were declared on 25/11/2023. Minor subjects like G.K, Value
education, handwriting, computer and drawing exams were
conducted on 29/10/2023 and 30/10/2023. Answer sheets of half

yearly exam (Nursery to X) had been shown to the parents and
students on 18/11/2023. Report cards from Nursery to Cl-III were
distributed to the parents on 25/11/2023 and report cards from Cl - IV
to X were given to the students on 27/11/2023.

Sir. Sourabh Majumdar The exam was conducted in a fair and transparent manner, following
the instructions and guidelines of the CBSE Board and school

authority. The exam papers were checked and evaluated in the school
by the subject teachers under the monitoring of Principal, Headmistress and Exam committee.

The exam was an opportunity for the students to show their knowledge and skills and to identify
their areas of strength and weakness. The exam also helped the teachers and school management
to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching learning process and to plan for the next exam. The
exam also reflected the school’s vision and mission of providing quality education to the

students.

The exam was a success and the school congratulated the students for their performance and

encouraged them to do better in the future.

PT-II exam of Nursery to Cl-VIII and PT-III of CL-IX and CL-X was conducted from

14/12/2023 to 20/12/2023. Drawing exam of PT-II of Nursery to Cl-VIII was conducted on
12/12/2023.Pre-board exam for Cl-X will be conducted in the month of January 2024 soon after
