the winter vacation. All the subject teachers already submitted two
sets of question paper to the principal for PT-II and PT-III exam.

Exam committee does all the processing works for each exam.
Exam committee deals with all the matters in relation to any kind of
examination. Before every exam the committee conducts a pre-
exam meeting along with the headmistress with regards to smooth
conduction of examination, syllabus, question paper setting,

invigilators duty chart, seating plan, attendance record, evaluation
of answer sheets, Entering marks in the software, preparation of
report card and declaration of result. During the meeting exam
committee also make sure that all stationeries like answer sheet,
drawing sheet, graph, map, threads etc are available. Exam

committee prepares the exam schedule provided by Holy cross
education foundation (HCEF). After every exam the committee
submits a report to the principal. Exam committee keeps the records
of each issue related to the examination.
