n 7th and 8th March 2023, Account’s Session was organized at MIIT, Shillong. It was well attend by all the accountants

working at various Holy Cross units and the Principles. It was a great learning experience for me and also, I could meet
Session on
Onew friends. New rules and updates pertaining to the account keeping was explained to us by the competent personals.
Bookkeeping

Accountants are professionals who manage financial information and ensure its accuracy. And they are responsible for preparing
financial statements, tax returns and budgets. They may also provide financial advice to clients, helping them make informed
decision about their finances. The duties of an accountant can include book keeping, payroll, financial analysis and fraud detection.

Thus, Two days of the session attended by me equipped me to be more efficient in my work as an accountant at Holy Cross School,
Kumarghat. I thank the Holy Cross Fathers who organized this session and the resources persons.
