Calculation of the payment will be made automatically by the system .Most
of the details will be captured from the information submitted by the schools
at the time of conduct of examinations. Payment will be released to
individual account.The following features of this system for payment
conduct of Term-II Examinations having seven modules:
a) Fixed remuneration for Examination centers
b) Account details for the functionaries involved in the examination
c) Details of the examination functionaries
d) Centre Accounts details
e) Freeze payments
f) Final payment report
g) Grievances

The IPS has rolls out some of external examiners in various way -
i) After external practical examiners, the CBSE will also start the integrated payment system for the conduct of Term II examination and evaluation.
ii) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched an Integrated Payment System (IPS) to release the payment of external examiners involved in the conduct of
practicals of Term II examinations.
iii) As per the CBSE, the benefit of IPS is that payment is made directly into the account of the beneficiary by the board. The CBSE has already released the payment of the Term-I
examination using the Integrated Payment System (IPS).
iv) In Integrated Payment System (IPS), automatic payment is released once data has been submitted correctly and freezed.
v) “As communicated earlier, the Board is launching IPS for payment of External Examiner involved in the conduct of practicals of Term -II Examinations. All the concerned are
requested to kindly submit the data in the IPS,” the Board said.

Once the data is correct, the same information may be filled in the IPS. The applicable rates will be automatically filled in. CBSE will start releasing the payment in an automotive mode.
After the IPS for Term-II Examinations, the CBSE will start payment for evaluation also.In the current IPS, Module for grievance, an icon is also given to raise the issue, if any, by the
schools. For sending the grievance, schools can select the type of grievance, fill the remarks and submit the same. Therefore, I thank our principal, headmistress, school committee and
teaching staff including Miss. Sukjai Khriam as a school CBSE coordinator and Sir. Biswajit Sigha CBSE teacher in- charge who have contributed their support and assistant help to motive
their experience in CBSE IPS system.
