calculation payment, to direct bank transfer and TA/DA to
the intended payee. The board also allows automatic
validation checks which will reduce the time taken to
complete the payment process and also reduce the possibility
of committing false transactions and non-genuine
disbursements.

Our schoolHoly Cross School, Pabiacherra, kumarghat, CBSE affiliation has attend the One hour offline training on IPS held at Darchawi Christian
HS School on 13 .01.23with participation of 10 members from different CBSE affiliated School under Unakoti district. The one hour training had a
discussion and explanation about the Integrated Payment System as well as how the IPS system could be effectively used by the CBSE School. The
Principal of Darchawi Christian HS School highlighted about the IPS system and why it was introduced by the CBSE Board . The principal
mentioned how the new technology could make the payment transaction with no error and less mistake within a short period of time. The office in charge Mr. Rothlinga Darlong has taken
the technical session of Integrated Payment System (IPS) for payment conduct of Term-II Examinations . Different units from CBSE Schools under the Unakoti district learnt about
the new IPS system, its importance and necessity for all the CBSE Board Examination Center.
Vision on IPS System – Transforming CBSE into a state of the art technology driven, e - governed and digitally empowered educational organization of international repute, having global
outreach high responsiveness in the successful functioning of all its domains and making it stake holders friendly ( conforming to Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and Ease of Living
(EoL).

However, we had a webinar on 31. 01. 2023. Online Orientation of all Regional Officers, Centers of Excellences, and other Units of the Board on Integrated Payment System. The Online
Orientation of Resource Persons on Integrated Payment System (IPS) in CBSE System has a theme and a motto with “Awareness is one of the essential ingredients of developing belief,
awareness has been highlighted by many as a keen indicator of success in a range of performance environment”. According to Resource person the awareness programme and Integrated
system has designed into two stages. First stage is online Orientation of Resource Persons which is being conducted by center of excellences to various district nominated from different
consultation with the regional officeses. Second stage is physical mode of orientation. In this stage participation of all CBSE affiliated school is mandatory.

The online orientation programme conducted by the Resource Persons from the Controller of the examination CBSE, Director Training of CBSE (Dr. Ram Shankar). He is a man of
distinct vision and a fountain head of illuminating ideas knowledgeable, experienced and inspiration to all of us. The second speaker led by Director of IT CBSE Ministry of Education
(Dr. Antriksh Johri) is a well recognized figure in CBSE IPS system. He is known for IT enthusiasm and high achievements. He has moulded the life of principals, teachers, students and
different stakeholders.
